Virtually every part of every Econoliser is replaceable and we have made design changes to make our product as easy as possible to maintain.  We are proud to see units first installed in 2012 still in operation.

Upgrades made for our latest product releases can often be applied to older units so please contact us to discuss.

Our overall quality of build, pre-release testing and the introduction of sensors and controls to manage critical functionality has made our products much less prone to failure than other sterilisers. That said, we cannot guarantee that all components will last forever so we provide a highly responsive parts service, shipping to anywhere in the world.

Should you experience a breakdown, please first refer to your user manual but should you need assistance in diagnosing the issue please get in touch by phone or email.  Often a video call is enough to identify the problem and we can either support you with parts and technical advice or visit your plant (UK and Ireland only).
