Econoliser Gen 3 Blue Plastic Knife Guides

Knife guides for the Generation 3 Econoliser Twin Knife steriliser introduced in March 2026.

3 different opening sizes are available to accommodate the hilt sizes of different knives:

• 30mm x 60mm
• 27mm x 44mm
• 24mm x 38mm

Select the one that your knife hilt just goes through. It is important to have the correct size because the top holds the knife in the correct position and stops it sitting forwards or backwards.

If you find that a specific knife you are using does not fit into any of these opening please contact us and we will produce something specific to your needs.

If you are using a double edged dagger, sometimes used at Sticking, please contact us directly since we have designed a completely different steriliser for these daggers.
